Product Overview
The Fontana Contemporary Reception Desk was created to be functionally proficient as well as visually striking. The face design goes from a lower transaction platform to a 44" peak, which offers a functional visitor transaction area as well as adaquate user privacy. The metal background provides a modern visual contrast for the wood panel add-ons. The overall design reflects design simplicity, while the contrasting elements provide a striking visual experience for your visitors. From the 4" metal base that serves as a protective agent to the L-shaped, 8"D wood veneer transaction top, Fontana is both elegant and functional.
The 44"H x 6', 8', 10' or 12'W desk provides the flexibility to fit your space and function. If that does not work, ask your design consultant for help in designing the best fit for you. On the backside, you find a 24"D work surface with left and right grommets. As with most of our designs, you can choose the best size, material, and color to match your look, function, and budget. The Fontana can come with your choice of desk return options: 36", 42", 48" or 60”W (optional). The Fontana can accommodate your storage needs with any number of our storage options. The Fontana’s entry-level size is 6'L, and can be ordered in basic melamine.
Our optional material possibilities, to name a few, are: basic wood veneer, assorted metals, high-pressure laminates, specialty laminates, and rare and exotic woods. We can help you select the best choice for you.

The reception desk shown here is manufactured from high-quality, domestic-grade plywood and solid wood elements finished in butternut. This reception desk is shown at 120"W x 26"D. Beige fabric tack boards and task lighting line the interior face. The Fontana contemporary reception desk shown here also incorporates two (2) (not shown) wood veneer pedestal files that flank each extremity of the footprint.
